Use Cases / Team Leaders

Strengthen your team — right in the tasks it is working on.

The question that matters: How do I develop my team and myself further without anyone stepping out of the job?

What ValCom Learning concretely means for you

Practice projects = real team work

Instead of leaving the job for a seminar: learning happens at the real task. A sales pitch, a difficult employee conversation, a change workshop — these are projects that are being worked on anyway.

VIA as sparring for yourself

Before you lead a difficult conversation, you practice it with the conversation simulator. Ask VIA for advice, plan your learning time with the planning agent. Mentor support that is always available.

Visibility without spying

You see who in the team is working on which competence — at a level that makes development conversations substantial, without micromanagement.

A week as a team leader with ValCom Learning

  • Monday: VIA reminds you of the upcoming critical conversation. 15 minutes of role-play in the simulator before the real appointment.
  • Wednesday: In the Learning Circle with three other team leaders, you exchange your practical experiences.
  • Friday: Weekly reflection with VIA — what worked, what belongs in the next week.
  • In parallel: Your team works on its own practice projects, each member on an individual learning path. You see the progress.

Detailed use cases, practice-project examples and team reporting views are coming soon.
